Mutation Tech is a DNA Mutation Simulation Service and Analytics Software. We provide a facilitated simulation service aimed toward allowing students and researchers to quickly and efficiently test mutations on DNA strands. The user will be prompted for certain information after successfully receiving and validating their DNA Strand sample, to perform various kinds of mutations on the DNA. The user can observe the steps of the mutation, and the result of the strand after surpassing a mutation. The user can also view the analytics of the mutation, including severity and probability. These are explained in more detail below.
DNA Strands can be of any organization/structure, and our program will automatically adapt the strand to universally regularized format.
Collection of internationally recognized problematic mutations that are predefined to automatically test on your sample DNA strand.
Mutation Tech supports the entry of custom user-inputted mutations and is capable of testing it on your sample DNA strand.
Matches sequences to the standard DNA codon chart, and provides insights on the type of mutation, the severity, and its probability on a global scale.
